Cancellation Policy

If reservation is cancelled or modified up to 7 days prior to arrival date, a surcharge of 12.5% to the total stay fee is added.

If reservation is cancelled or modified 7 days or less before arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, a surcharge of 25% to the total stay fee is applied.

Full rental fee shall be paid upon arrival.

No refund is applicable if stay is shortened once the unit is being used.
